- – Check-in and check-out dates (Please note: prices are per night. Check-out is the day you vacate the apartment. Check-out time is at 10:00 am)
- – Number of guests (if you are travelling with children up to 12 years old, indicate the age). For children from 0-3 you can ask a baby cot with an additional charge.
- – Your personal data: Name, surname, the number of a mobile where we can reach you on check-in day, that I remind you is at 4.00 pm. After this time or earlier in case the apartment is available before, you will get the video instructions by whatsapp o by email if you prefer, to enter the apartment. Anyway, for organisational reasons, we will ask you to let us know, at least the night before, an approximate time of arrival.

To complete the reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount by paypal or bank transfer that won’t be refund in case of cancellation.
IMPORTANT: TO READ BEFORE BOOKING
By booking with us, you will be staying in a private house with several independent apartments. Each accommodation has an equipped kitchenette, bathroom, private outdoor area, sheets and towels already present on arrival and the necessary for autonomous daily cleaning. As this is not an hotel business, no extra paid services will be provided such as: breakfast, daily cleaning, reception service.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra guests (including children) have an extra cost. All accommodations are non-smoking.
